EMT Critical Thinking
Each card contains a Problem Based Learning Scenario allowing you to take a “what would the EMT do if…” approach to learning. These real life scenarios allow the application of learned knowledge and real life situations. Evaluate your students understanding of basic and complex concepts. Used as an assignment or discussion starter these scenarios promote research and thoughtful responses. This tool is designed to improve clinical competence and critical thinking.
These scenarios provide a consistent training tool for orientating new crew members or refreshing seasoned professionals. We encourage the use or protocol books, researching local protocols and policies as they apply to the scenarios.
